Hill Country Village is a fabulous property for me to manage properties and sell some homes. I find the area to be beatiful as well in a great location. Many of my co-workers love to manage here as well as myself. I find the to be picturesque and delightful place to manage , as well as an a all around beautiful place to live.
In addition to the city of Bellaire I also recommend the city of West University Place or " West U" as many of us Texans like call it. This area really gives the the small town feel as you enter the center of the city. I mostly recommend the area for families and older adults because the towns not flooded with cars and the community likes to keep it that way. If you are fond of restored homes you can also find some of the most beautiful and expensive ones located in the Pemberton area. Real estate is hot here and the prices are high.
For some of my higher end clients who either work or are looking to stay close to the city of Houston one my recommendations is the city of Bellaire. This area is an absolutely beautiful community whether you are single or a couple looking to raise a family. The area is classified as an upper-middle class community. It is mainly residential an is known as the "City of Homes"...................a great area for families looking to relocate.
The waterfront community of Seabrook is a great place to do real real estate and manage property. I just picked up another property here and the land value is phenomenal! Though it is a quaint area with a smaller population, it gives you that small town feel. This tends to attract many of my older clients that enjoy the less metropolitan lifestyle area.
As many say "Live Large, and Think Big" here in Texas and the city of Dallas certainly does. The city of Dallas spreads over into Collins and Dallas County. I only manage property in Collin County, but it is a highly profitable market. Dallas attracts many business gurus for computer technology and banking, it also is the 4th-largest metropolitan area in the United States. Defiantly a good thing to look into if you plan to relocate sometime in the future.
