Collin County Texas

I manage properties all over the Collin Texas area. Most of the main areas are located of state highways 5, 78, and 75. I have the most properties off of highway 75, mainly because of the high traffic flow into the most home developments. I'm thinking that I'm going to invest in more land in area off of highway 78.......I've heard good things about it.

Collin County Texas, Mc kinney, Dallas,

One of my favorite places to manage properties is my hometown of Collin County Texas. I grew up just outside of Mckinney and absolutely love the area. With Dallas also located in the county and a continual population growth over the past years, it attracts many people for its fantastic job market. It also ranks 23rd in the countries richest counties. So it you are looking for a great place filled with plenty of amenities, I fully recommend Collin County Texas.

Brazos, Texas

When I have clients that are looking to relocate to a smaller, more traditional area.....maybe they are starting to raise a family, I often mention Brazos County Texas. I find that the property and land values are quite respectable there. In the previous years the real estate market decreased in the area, making now a better time to buy.

Bell County Texas

I recently noticed some of my clients talking about relocating to Bell County, Texas, which has been extremely surprising lately to me. In the past I haven't done much business in this area but it does now poke an interest to me. After doing research I've noticed the population has grown quite a lot in the past few years. I will defiantly have to look in to having more property here.

Houston Texas

Managing properties all over the U.S., the skyline of Houston Texas is to die for. Ranked fourth in the U.S., I find it to my absolute favorite. The JP Morgan Chase Center still amazes me every-time I'm in this wonderful city. Being a girl, I also love the system of tunnels and sky-walks that protect me from getting wet when I'm walking from building to building. Just another reason to love the of Houston.
