Company Orientated

After completing 6 years of military service in the Navy, I moved to Panama City with my family. Soon after moving here, I developed an interest in the area and decided to get my real estate license. I placed my license with Prudential Shimmering Sands in 2004.

Within my short time in the business, I have learned what it takes to be successful in the residential aspects of the business. With my experiences dealing with residential and some commercial sales, I am comfortable with my knowledge about the land and property value in this area.

I know I have thanked you by phone; but I felt a letter would perhaps emphasize even more how much we appreciate your excellent job of selling our property. As you realize, the property had been listed with another company for over three months without even so much as a nibble, much less a contract. We felt as though we were just a listing printed in a book waiting for some miracle phone call from someone who might be interested in buying. We did not feel anyone was actively marketing the house because it was vacant.

You were persistent enough to research our listing and write to us twice about marketing the house, I was impressed. "Well," I thought, "here is someone who is not waiting for the phone to ring.
