I just completed the requirements for the SFR (Short Sale Foreclosure Resource) Certification from NAR. As a part of that, I took the CRS 111 class. I must say, the content was amazing!!! I would have preferred to take it in a live classroom, but the cost and schedule of the web class couldn't be beat! Even though I have ONLY focused on REO for the past 5 years, I still learned some valuable information about the business. Best of all, I learned some more great information to share with the agents in my office to help better coach the buyers that so often annoy me!!!

The Tennessee CRS Chapter is offering the CRS 111 class in Knoxville on April 15th. If you get the opportunity, PLEASE take this course!!!!

I am not here to support the wasteful mismanagement by the financial institutions. However, perhaps the government should spend a little less time telling everyone else how to spend their money and scrutinize itself for a change. I received an envelope yesterday from the U.S. Census Bureau. Being a nerd as a well as somewhat of a narcissist, I was looking forward to filling out the survey and sending it back. I was devastated to discover that it was NOT the Census survey at all. It was a letter stating that I should be expecting a letter from them in a week. ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!!!!??????? How much did it cost the taxpayers for you to send that letter. What was the point?!?!?!?!?! This is not the first time our government has been cavalier with our funds. But this is one of the 1st times I have been the victim of it. Now I have to wait an entire week before I can talk about myself to a piece of paper :)!!!

I say we all write letters to our congress people and tell them to expect a letter from us in a week or so which will then detail the time and date when we will call them to set up an appointment to call and discuss our displeasure. That'll show em!!!
