Gwinnett County Magistrate Court in Lawrenceville judges will perform free wedding ceremonies in celebration of Valentine's Day. These services are from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Gwinnett Historic Courthouse on the Lawrenceville Square.

Yesterday, as I was taking a driving around Snellville I noticed something very interesting. What was it you ask? What I noticed was that subdivisions which were once sitting dormant with no activity were once again showing signs of life. At Tuscan Ridge I noticed that there was a new foundation poured for a basement lot, I noticed several lots with under contract signs, a few lots with available signs and even construction workers working.
Lately we’ve all heard the good reports from the media about housing and employment and some think it’s all just fluff, but for me when I see the new construction that’s a sign that something positive is happening.
