What you should know about Ava Anderson

• I am here to serve you with all of your Real Estate needs. Proudly helping Buyers and Sellers with your real estate needs specializing in Gwinnett and Dekalb County. I am a Snellville resident and I have been for the last 10 years and I relocated to Atlanta 19 years ago. I guess you could say I am a Georgia Peach now! I originally moved to Atlanta to attend college and I liked it so much that I never left. I have been selling real estate for the last 6 years and recently became an Associate Broker. I'm experienced in selling luxury real estate, foreclosures, short sales and more.

I am currently specializing in Short Sales and Bank Owned Foreclosures and I love working with Buyers who are relocating from other states.

When I work with my clients, I put myself in their shoes. I treat people the way I want to be treated. This is my business, your referrals and repeat business is important to me. I don't just want to be your agent for today, I want to be your agent for life.

When working with Buyer clients:

First, I try to understand the family or individual. I believe that we should seek to understand before seeking to be understood! I want to know your wants and needs, like and dislikes. I find that getting to know you helps with finding the property that's right for you. I never oversell, I want you to purchase a property that below the amount you are pre-approved for. I especially like working with first time buyers and work very hard to educate on the home buying process.

When working with Sellers:

My goal when working with a seller is to be sure I do the best job possible in marketing your property. Anyone can take your listing and place it on MLS or FMLS, but I believe there's more to selling a home than posting the listing on the Multiple Listing Service. I believe that's important but that's only a part of the process. I would love to discuss my marketing plan with you, feel free to contact me.
