Barbara Adcock and Jim Nice are long time residents of the Las Vegas valley. We are very familar with all areas of the valley. Look at it this way, you get two agents for the price of one. Dear Barbara and Jim,

We wanted to take an opportunity to thank you for all of your help with the

purchase and closing on our new house. It is hard to find words to express our gratitude.

Before leaving Los Angeles, we had worked with several agents in the past.

Between our own experiences and hearing "war stories" from friends and family in the business, we are very aware that a good real estate agent is very hard to find.

Unfortunately, the sale of our house in Los Angeles proved to be very challenging and our agent did not help matters.

Therefore, it was all the more refreshing (and quite a relief) to have both of you

representing us. With our move to Nevada, Mitch taking a new job, Marlyssa's pregnancy and all of the other events in our lives, it was doubly important for us to have an easy transaction. We know that the both of you made that possible - right down to Jim babysitting our 19 month old while we reviewed and signed the closing documents.
