As mentioned above, I'm a bilingual, full time Realtor, who specializes waterfront properties. Just recently I earned the designation of "e-pro" , which means that I know my way around marketing and advertising electronically. It is a proven fact, that most home buyers and sellers are first searching online before approaching a Realtor. It is a huge advantage to know where and how to advertise online, in order to be the first to come up in a search.

Areas of Expertise

I do specialize in waterfront properties, current listings include but are not limited to a 3,8 Million dollar Gulf front home, 1,39 Million dollar beach front lot for a single family home, various beach front and intracostal condos. However, I'm just as attentive, professional, hard working, and honest when working with first time home buyers. I do not judge a book by it's cover and every client is treated equally. Most of my clients are refered to me by former clients or are repeat clients, which I believe is a sign of their satisfaction with my work.
