As a new agent i have realized that starting a real estate career is not as easy as it seems. It is overwhelming and the pile keeps getting higher. So I have came to realize that i have to tackle all of this like i do everything else in life, with determination and strong will power. I have always been competitive so its hard to walk in and not be on top. I will have to use my competitive nature to my advantage and get out there and dive in and i know with time i will pick it all up. I have picked a wonderful company to work with so i trust with the success of the surrounding agents my natural drive will kick in and lead me to be a "top producer". I know this career choice is a good one because working with people and meeting there needs will be extremely gratifying.
