Folks will want to do their best, or to at least have a family member to attend this here Claremont School District Budget Presentation which for some reason its being held in the A.M. when most folks are working.
This School District Budget Presentation meeting is being held on Tuesday the 6th of March 2012, at the Claremont Senior Center, which is located at 5 Acer Heights in Claremont, New Hampshire. Folks will gather for the presention in Owens Hall at the Senior Center, the meeting is scheduled to begin at 10:45 A.M. Superintendent of Schools Dr. Middleton McGoodwin, and School Board Member Charlene Lovett will be giving the School District Budget Presentation.
Claremont School District Budget Presentation to be given in Claremont New Hampshire, they say that folks attending will have an opportunity to ask questions following the presentation. The Claremont Senior Center also would like folks to know, that Senior members and non-members are invitied to say and have lunch at 11:45 A.M. Folks are able to enjoy a mighty fine lunch for the mighty low cost of only $4.00 for Seniors and $5.00 for non-member of the Senior Center.

Play Auditions for Out of Sight-Out of Murder being held in Claremont New Hampshire, have you ever wanted or do want to be play? Will folks here's your chance to try out for a part in a play to take place in Claremont, New Hampshire.
The Off Broad Street Players will be holding auditions for Out of Sight-Out of Murder, by Fred Carmichael. The auditions will be taking place on Sunday the 4th of March and Tuesday the 6th of March 2012, and will be held at the Fiske Free Library, which is located at 108 Broad Street in Claremont, New Hampshire. Sunday the 4th of March will begin at 5:00 P.M. on Tuesday the 6th the auditions will begin at 7:00 P.M.
Play Auditions for Out of Sight-Out of Murder being held in Claremont New Hampshire, the play is going to be performed at the Claremont Opera House on the weekend of the 22nd of June 2012. This here play is set in Vermont in an Old Mansion which a struggling writer hopes to complete a murder mystery. There are roles open for five women and four men, all over 18 years of age. Folks which are interested in auditioning who mighty not be able to attend either one of the above audition dates. Art Exhibit Reception to be held in Hartland Vermont, load up your vehicle and come enjoy attending this Art Exhibit.
The Art Exhibit and Reception is taking place today the 4th of March 2012, the title of the Exhibit is Songs of the Desert is being hosted by the Hartland Public Library, which is located at 153 US 5 in Hartland, Vermont. This show will be held between 6:00 P.M. and 7:00 P.M. The show will be featuring the works of Artist Toni Streeter, the works which will be on display will consist of Abstract Oil Pastel impressions of her last visit to New Mexico.

Although not required, it would be good that you attend the inspection so that you can get a clear explanation of the condition of the structure, observe the systems. The typical home inspection takes approximately 2-3 hours depending on the size and condition of the house.
As a buyer,you should require an inspection at the time you make a formal offer.Make sure the Purchase and Sales Agreement( Contract )you are signing has an home inspection contingency.Then,arrange for me or an inspector of your choosing to inspect the property.Following this you should pay close attention to the inspection report.If you arent comfortable with what I find,you should ask that the seller correct the problems before your closing,negotiate a lower purchase price or obtain better terms to compensate.
Let me inject some age old reality. As many good and ethical Real Estate Listing and Buyer Agents as there are out there a few ruin it for the rest. My experience has shown that when Real Estate Agents try rushing the inspector,start disputing the inspector's findings while on site,question the inspector's work at the site or off, I am left with the feeling that they are truely NOT representing you the Buyer but are more interested in the sale and commission! Even Agents with many years of experience. In my opinion,a good Buyer Agent will support his or her's client's wishes and if an inspector finds problems with a property the Buyer Agent should achnowledge such,not dispute it! If problems exist,what's there to dispute?
Is your Buyer Agent representing YOU Only or Not? Stay sharp and good luck! Getting a home inspection? Good idea.

Hi Dale
Thank you for the very thorough inspection of the house. Especially taking the time to check the roof very closely. The most alarming point seemed to be the electrical. As you probably know better than anyone, electrical problems are a very huge safety risk.
Again, thank you Dale for the fine inspection job you did, although we did not get to meet you personally, we enjoyed reading the detailed report and we will recommend your services to anyone in the future.
