Reports are still showing that the Real Estate Scams are still out there. Companies are taking listings from MLS and putting them on Craigslist for least option, or rent. If your properties are listed in MLS check them on Craigslist to see if you are not part of this scam.

Greenville Housing Fund Launches Homes for Teachers Initiative
Greenville, S.C. -This program is designed to assist teachers to purchase their homes through a grant offered at GHF.
These loans that are offered are for first-time homebuyers by providing forgivable loans up to $5,000.
This will help with their closing costs, and down payments assistance. Certain conditions need to be met to qualify for the loan not to be repaid.
Greenville County Schools hires more than 750 teachers each year and with their partner being GHF these teachers will be able to more eaily purchase homes. This also helps with recruitment and retention efforts.
