Why work with me?

My office is in the West End/Vanderbilt area so I'm particularly familiar with this area inclduing Sylvan Park, Vanderbilt, and Acklen Park. If you want ot live "close-in" then I'm the one you want. I both live and work here. We also have a property management company so I'm proficient at helping you buy or sell investment properties...I have lots of experience in this area. That being said I am a native Nashviliian and have been selling real estate 26 years full time. I cover many areas of Nashville just because I've lived here all my life. I also sell all price ranges although my average sales price is probably $400,000.

I believe in constant and vast education and in 2008 alone attended 4 seminars out of town to help propel me in my business. I also participate in a professional coaching program. I have the CRS, CRB and E-pro designations for instance. I have also been studying for a Feng Shui certification for Real Estate professionals... the science of color, energy and balance.
