I have always live close to Myrtle Beach. As a young girl and teenager, I spent many years vacation here on the Grand Strand. For the last 8 years I have owned property in the North Myrtle Beach area. I have worked and lived here, selling real estate for the last 4 1/2 years. I have a passion for the coast and love all that the Grand Strand has to offer. I have worked very hard to become the best Realtor possible. I love to help my clients find the perfect property that will meet their needs. I also enjoy making sure that the closing goes smooth and on time. I have received my ABR certification that helps me make sure that I can meet all the needs of my buyers. I have received a certification on Tax Deferred 1031 Real Property Exchanges so that I can stay on top of getting my sellers or buyers the best tax advantage possible. I enjoy continuing my education in Real Estate so that is why I am currently working on my GRI certificate. I feel strongly that by me continuing to attend current educational classes I can truly say that I am one of the best Realtors on the beach.

My expertise include any one that truly wants to live and play in Paradise. I have a passion for the Ocean Front. This targets the investor or the person that has a love for the sand and the water. Some of us may not be able to afford the ocean front and I have made sure that I am knowledgeable of the areas that offer short distance to the water and affordable comforts of home. If golf is your game then I can use my experience of Real Estate and and the love of the game of golf to find you the perfect home that will make your dreams of the best 19th hole that you have ever had. In dealing with many buyers over the last years I am very aware that some people love the beach, entertainment and restaurant but may not love the crowds that accompany these amenities, so I have had the pleasure of learning the developments that can offer a dream home in a smaller community that can make you feel like you are miles away from everything but in reality you are only minutes away from Paradise.
