What a Surprise I received during our Installation of 2010 Officers. I belong to the Cumberland Valley Board of REALTORS in London, Ky. and have been a member since 1995. In 2000 I had received REALTOR of the Year and was very honored to be awarded this from my peers. For the past 14 years I have always had an active part in our Local Board and also in our State Association ( KENTUCKY ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS). I have served as KAR Delegate at Large for the past 4 years and loved every minute of it. So it was a total Surprise when My name was called for REALTOR of the Year because to be awarded such an Honor for something you love to do is just Wonderful!! I want to share this with You!! I am overjoyed that I couldn't talk for crying. I am blessed and so Thankful !! Even at our lowest, This is still the Best Place in the World to Live. REALTORS are some of the Greatest People in the World.
My husband Bob Flannery and Me!!

Christmas is really a wonderful time of the year, a time for giving and sharing of what God has blessed us with as the year comes to and end. May God bless you and yours!!!MERRY CHRISTMAS FROM LONDON, KY!!
My Granddaughter had her first "Snowball Dance." Macie is 12 years old going on 21. Boy does time fly, just seems like yesterday that we were buying stuff animals and Barbie Dolls!! Macie is a straight A student and Granny is very proud of her and of course Granny thinks she a doll!! I told My Daughter that I don't envy her on raising a teenager this day and time. There is just so much out there to protect them from!! May God bless all Parents and give them wisdom and guidance on raising their children!!
Fall is here and the Leaves have turned to beautiful Autumn Colors. The Hills and Mountains in Kentucky are Spectacular this time of the Year. On my way home this afternoon, I took some pictures coming up my driveway and just took a few moments to Thank God for his Blessings and for this Great Country in all of it's Beauty and splendor!!

Another year has passed and another Great Convention!!! KAR Conventionwas held in Louisville, Kentucky this year. There were close to 300 new Attendees, and a all time high attendance. Lots of education, great speakers, and just a good time networking with fellow REALTORS. President Jeff Smith did a great job this year and we are looking forward to President-Elect John Smithers having a great year in 2010!!
Region 6 had a good year with Director at Large Norman Jones. Thanks for all your time and hard work this year. We have a wonderful Association with a lot of caring People.
