Frederick County Housing Market Report

The Frederick County Maryland market continues in correcting. These data do not include any private sales; the numbers are taken from the MLS and are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed.

Small Business Administration Good or Bad

I would like to know your opinion on the new stimulus Package how should the Small Business Administration fit into the PLAN? I think it should be the focal point of the STIMULUS PACKAGE; it should expand its loan programs to all Business now more than ever due to the credit melt down.There are only few banks that are approved by the Small Business Administration to lend out money, why is this? Small Business is the Heart of America; every small business owner wants to become a Bill Gates or Steve Jobs.
