Totally refurbished in 2005, Bella Terra is one of my favorite condominium complexes for those looking for an inexpensive resort-style way of living in Scottsdale.

Most condos received new cabinets, counter tops, flooring, appliances and fixtures during the rennovation. Bella Terra also is just across the street from all kinds of shopping including conveniences such as Chase Bank, Albertsons, California Pizza Kitchen, Fry's, and Whole Foods.

Although some condos were selling in the upper 300's during the real estate boom, prices have drastically decreased, and today, Bella Terra condos can be had at bargain prices.

Tuscany Villas condominiums are located at 4925 East Desert Cove Ave, just to the north of Shea Road and Tatum Blvd in Scottsdale. Originally built in 1994, most if not all of these condos were refurbished in 2005 with new appliances, fixtures, counter tops, carpet, ceramic tile, cabinets, paint etc. Some of the units in Tuscany Villas were selling for approximately $300,000 during the real estate boom, but have become much more affordable in today’s market.

The Milano Terrace condominiums are presently on my list as one of the “best buys” for those looking to break into the Scottsdale condo market at a reasonable price. Originally built in 1985, Milano Terrace underwent major rennovations in 2005 - 2006 to bring the condos up to modern standards.
