The Beechmont Neighborhood wii hold its annual Festival of Flowers on May 10. The festival will be held at the gazeebo located at Southern Parkway and Woodlawn, the hours will be 9am till 4 pm.Outside vendors and Association members will have for sale annuals, perennials and some herbs.There will also be other garden related items there for sale as well.
This is a very nice neighborhood of Louisville,one in which I live pretty close to. The Christian Motorcyclist Association/Derby City Disciples 2008 Run for the Son Bike Blessing will be held Saturday April 26th at Hikes Point Christian Church. The Church is located at 2601 Hikes Lane, registration , along with doughnuts and coffe will be from 9-11.30. Lunch will be from 11- 12.30. There will be door prizes, trophies and best of bike show.There will also be music by La Follette, cost is $10.00.
