Louisville KY are you ready for the KY Derby? Hard to believe that it is almost that time of year again!!! Well with the derby coming soon that means that it is about Kentucky Derby Festival time.We start our kick off with Thunder over Louisville on April 12. The air show begins at 3pm, followed by the fireworks , which begin at 9:30 pm. If you have never been to the Air show you are really missing somthing. The fireworks are put on by Zambelli International, Folks this is the largest fireworks display in our entire country!!! The fireworks are shot off the Second street bridge as well as from 8 barges on the Ohio river.I will give you updates on more Derby happenings when I get the details, untill then make plans for Thunder over Louisville.

THE MEETINGS ARE HELD AT 7-8PM ON MONDAYS

THE MEETINGS ARE HELD AT ST JEROMES CHURCH OFF FAIRDALE ROAD ( BUILDING NEAR THE BACK)

The dens are split acording with the ages foer example the first grade kids are in the Tiger den.The individual dens do different things each week.

Once a month all the dens ( they are collectively known as a pack ) meet together and each den brings somthing different to share with all. Such as one den will bring somthing to drink, one will bring somthing sweet, one will bring somthing salty such as chips .

The boys have a good time and if you are interested they would love to have you.
