I have recently sold 8 properties to 8 very happy purchasers in southeast Florida. These homes are located in Bal Harbour, Fort Lauderdale, Lauderdale by the Sea, Hollywood Beach, Sunny Isles Beach and Aventura Florida. Prices are down 30 to 40% in most areas and the homes are basically in great shape. The foreclosure market has put selling pressure on the sellers that are not in financial trouble to price their homes competively. Declining market conditions have been around for 3 years and the prices people are buying at are at 10 year lows. What a Great Time to Buy.
The inventory to choose from is substantial and it does take a little time to look at but I have the patience to work with you to find that perfect home. There are condominiums on the ocean, waterfront homes and urban highrises to choose from. This area is close to major sporting events (Miami Heat Basketball, Miami Dolphin Football, Florida Marlin Baseball and the Florida Panthers Hockey) all within 30 minutes from this area. Additionally there are all types of eating venues, shopping galore (Bal Harbour Shops, Aventura Mall and Galeria Mall), Las Olas Boulevard, art fairs, theatres, opera and much more.
The climate is semi-tropical and perfect most of the year. The opportunties for people of all ages are abundant and the tourist industry keeps it exciting.
