Ok the numbers are out for the first half of the year! January 1, 2009 - June 30, 2009. Penderbrook is thriving this year! and definitely one of the top Fairfax places to live. With the first half of 2009 behind us, the Penderbrook real estate market continues to increase each month.

According to the MLS, during the first 6 months of 2009 there were 42 residential homes sold. The lowest priced home in Penderbrook sold this year, sold for $125,900. The highest priced Penderbrook home sold for $472,000.
