Maple Ridge is in the middle of their annual flushing/cleaning. The report off of www.mapleridge.org is as follows.
The Operations Department will be commencing the annual flushing/cleaning program between 230 Street and 240 Street and South of 136 Avenue for approximately 12 weeks beginning March 2, 2009.
This maintenance work will improve the water quality; however, during this cleaning process some residents could experience water pressure drops and milky or dirty water. You may take the following steps to correct the problem:
This temporary interruption in service will be as brief as possible. Your understanding and cooperation is appreciated. If you have any questions or concerns please call the Operations Centre at 604-463-9581.
