When you first meet Carla Henderson, you feel immediately at ease. Her warm, friendly demeanor and positive personality make you feel right at home. Family

Carla has a daughter, Crystal, who is as wonderful and caring as her mother. Carla has a lot of family in the Research Valley including her mother, sisters, brother-in-law, nieces and nephews. Carla is always active with family and friends. When at home she can be found in the flowerbeds or working on home projects. She is always ready to take on a new challenge. She loves running, rollerblading, and spending time at area lakes and rivers, kayaking down the Frio River and parasailing across Canyon Lake.

Andrea Peters is a full-service agent who will give you the personalized attention you want and need when buying or selling real estate. Andrea loves traveling, reading, playing with her Labrador retriever, Bailey, playing piano, and spending time with friends and family.

Raised in San Antonio, Texas, Karen grew up in a wonderful family with one older sister. After finishing her education in private schools she moved to College Station, TX in 2003 to obtain a bachelor’s degree. Starting her college career at Blinn College, she quickly transferred to A&M University. Proud Aggie class of 2007, Karen achieved a degree in AgEconomics under the finance and real estate option. Karen knew she wanted to pursue a career in real estate and quickly got her foot into the door. Pursuantly she found a real estate agent, Carla Henderson, which hired her on as an unlicensed assistant in 2005. Following the path of her goals, she attained her real estate license the day before she graduated. Karen immediately started working as a licensed assistant to Carla Henderson & The BCS Dream Team in 2007.

Karen loves to spend her time with friends and family. She stays physically active either at the gym and running. Whenever Karen gets free time you can find her playing golf or visiting the mountains. She likes to be involved and believes education is a vital key to the real estate business. Karen is a driven person and is not afraid to achieve any goal she sets for herself.
