Honest Advice, Hard Work, Shared Goals, and Communication are Keys to My Business. Call me and "Lets Work Together" I Believe that Using Good Common Sense is Tantamount To Success!
I am going to begin by talking about my family life. I grew up on a farm in Raymond and still consider myself a 'Country Boy', lots of hard work early in life gave me a very good appreciation for others that work hard and a certain satisfaction when people reach their goals. I learned very early in life that nothing comes for nothing, the importance of good work ethics, honest hard work, can never be minimized. After my childhood, I spent a couple of years in the Navy, this was during the Vietnam War era, although I was never involved in the fighting I did lose some friends and knew many people that were injured during that time frame. That experience gave me a very good appreciation for what our soldiers are going through now and I pledge to always support our troops and our government. After my stint in the service, I married my best friend and together we have grown our family with two sons and now five grand children. To support the family, I worked in the retail sector as a meat cutter and than a meat dept. manager for a large local supermarket. That experience gave me a real understanding of people, working with customers, gaining their trust and insuring their satisfaction, there's nothing like retail! I than moved on to the corporate world, working for a large manufacturing company as their Facilities Manager. That experiece gave me a good working knowledge of buildings and building systems. It also gave me a high comfort level working with business owners, and business managers helping them grow their business while gaining an insight into what makes people successful.
I have been active in the NH real estate market for about six years, I have my brokers licence and now have my own company doing business as Launier Real Estate. Business in NH real estate is very soft, we are seeing many agents leaving the business and I expect that only the strong will survive. I plan on being here for the long haul and will continue to grow my business with referrals from past clients and will strive to help people reach their real estate goals. Although I am centered in Hampstead, I will and do work with buyers and sellers throughout all of Southern NH. The Real Estate business can be very rewarding but the best part of my job is seeing the pride and happiness that people have when they pass papers on their new home.
I have lived and enjoyed Hampstead since 1991, I would reccommend Hampstead and the surrounding area to any future buyers. I enjoy sports of all types and occasionally will play some golf, I especially enjoy the outdoors and golf gives me a few hours enjoying the New England landscape. I spend as much time as possible with the grand children and love watching them grow, play sports and learn the lessons of life.
I believe that my best attributes are communication and problem solving, talking with buyers and sellers, giving them the best information available to help them make the best decisions. Finding homes for first time buyers, helping the baby boomer generation downsize, helping people that are relocating to our area or just talking about the real estate climate. Please don't hesitate to use my service.

Bob,
On behalf of Mike and myself, we would like to thank you for your assistance in selling our home. This was a very tough time for us. But from your first visit to our home to discuss listing it, we were very impressed with your professionalism and knowledge of the market. Once the house was listed with your company, I must say we were extremely impressed with the amount of time you put in that we felt were more than a realtor's obligation. Your help with several matters that needed to be dealt with were above and beyond. You took a very difficult time for us and made it much more easily handled.
All in all, our experience with yourself and your company was a very good experience. We were told what our house could sell for in a reasonable amount of time, and within a couple of weeks we had a contract for that price. That contract followed through and we closed as scheduled.
If you would like to have anyone contact us in regards to listing a home with you, please feel free to give our phone number. We would most certainly recommend you to anyone as a listing agent.
Thank you again for all of your help. And we wish you a very long and prosperous career in the real estate business.

Hi Bob,
Deb and I would just like to take a moment to thank you for all you did for us in working to sell our home. Your attention to detail, your advice on making our home as attractive as possible for perspective buyers along with you willingness to always be "Johnny on the Spot" for us. You were always right there whenever we needed you. We have another agent working with us to find our new home in Alaska but unfortunately once you've had the best the rest are all just second place. We would really have appreciated working with you again.
Again thanks for all your hard work and wishing you continued success.
Ps: If you're ever in the mood for some great fishing you know you've got a place to stay.

Bob Launier was the agent that took care of us, nothing but 5 star effort he gave us. He was great to work with, should be highly recommended.
