Former owner of Derman Realty for 11 years and sold my company to a RE/MAX office. I'm associated with Surfside Properties in the beach area of the Space Coast (Brevard County), Florida. I've been a real estate Broker since 1987 and have over 20 years experience in real estate transactions of all kinds....including commercial. My certifications are nationally recognized. They are CRB (Certified Residential Broker), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute), and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative). I was Rotarian of the Year in Titusville, Florida 1992. Past Education Chairperson and actively involved in the Grievance Committe of the Space Coast Association of Realtors for over 10 years, serving in the past as its chairperson.

I'm a mother of 4 daughters (singletons and twins), and married to a builder/remodeller Mark D. Derman for 22 years.

This area has been my home since 1958. I'm a lifelong resident.
