As you know, we have used your services many times over the years with successful results.

We are very familiar with your work in Atlanta, Savannah, on Lake Sinclair, and Reynolds Plantation on Lake Oconee.

We decided to self-general contract the construction of our new home. You consulted with us throughout the building process and shared what we should do to receive the most return on our investment.

A few years later, we decided to sell our home and moved closer to our son. As an appraiser, you worked with our Realtor and suggested she increase the price of our home. Our home sold quickly and the purchaser appraisal came in at the value just as you said it would.

The new home we purchased has an unfinished basement and we wanted to finish it. After consulting with you, we decided not to finish the basement at this time because your analysis showed it would not be to our best interest at the present.
