First the home has over 3100 square feet (not including unfinished attic with 380 sq ft & perm. stairs), 4 bedrooms plus bonus and exercise room agents mentions could be 5th bedroom ( or office ). Three full bathrooms and a half. The listing also indicates a "tech room" this is a smallish office of the kitchen, GREAT for computer, mail, all the household functioning stuff!

The landscaping and location with Highcroft are great, short walk to school, Sears Farm Park and the pool. I know the neighbors, awsome all around.

Space + Price + Amenities

Priced at $389,000 this home is $124.40 a square foot! That is silly. In my older blogs you can see that were screaming value at homes in the $135 a square foot range. The median price per square foot on the active listings is $145!

The house across the streets is pending at $400,000 for 2750 sq feet. A great house as well. There are very few develpments that have amenities Highcroft has, to get them at under $125 a square is crazy.
