Sheri Moritz has joined Real Living Partners Triangle. Sheri will be pushing our effort into the North Raleigh market. Sheri is returning to the business from a maternity leave. Prior to the birth of her daughter, Sheri was featured in Realtor magazines 30 under 30 and has spoke nationally regarding changes in real estate and her innovative marketing strategies. Most recently she was a recruiter and trainer for a top Re/Max franchise in the Raleigh market with over 450 agents. Sheries impressive resume also features over 1,000 sales.

Eight weeks after a miserable attempt to do a triathlon, we did it! Scares and all! Eight weeks to the minute after being loaded into an ambulance we were half way through the bike portion of the Cane Creek triathlon in Waxhaw NC.
We did not wear any timing device and set a record for slowest transition times ever, seven minutes between swim and bike and three minutes between bike and run and finished with in one hour and forty nine minutes (my wife and kids purposely slowed me up to make sure I didn't black out again, it was worth the slow time for all the hugs and high fives!).
I was a great experience and dispite only riding the bike 40 miles in the last eight weeks after the crash, it felt great and we are back on the horse! Detemination overcame adversity.
Next stop, City of Oaks Marathon!
The walls are up, the carpet, paint, cabinets and lighting have been selected now it is just time to wait!
