Having spent a lot of time with buyers new to the area, I realize there are many questions and concerns that are on your mind. Beau first became a Realtor over 25 years ago in the State of Louisiana. Being very young at the time and not sure if it was the right path to take, he decided after a few years that he would take a stab at another strong passion of his in the Performing Arts Arena. This pursuit lead Beau to the west coast where he spent over a decade working in film, television, and theatre. In the words of Beau... "Wow...what a fun and crazy life."
He thoroughly enjoyed working as a performer, but it was a challenging road and the work was to say the least inconsistent. Beau then began to miss his southern roots and after some heavy soul searching, he decided to head to the Carolinas to pursue a wife, family, and a new more stable career. He landed a Sales position with one company for a few years and then served as Marketing Manager for another firm where he built the largest Service Route of it's type here in the Charlotte area. Beau's success in Charlotte was largely due to well executed personable marketing strategies along with just plain good old fashioned hustle. As a result, he gained a wealth of knowledge on Charlotte Communities and Neighborhood trends across the city which more than prepared him for his next endeavor.....Charlotte Real Estate.
God has since blessed him with a wonderful woman and two beautiful children during this time of change and growth.
Interestingly, in the last several years he has come full circle and has returned to helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. This seems to be the best fit for him personally as well as for the clients he serves. Not only does Beau enjoy helping people reach their real estate and financial goals, but his skills in marketing seem to have set him apart from the mass of competitors he faces in the housing marketplace.

Charlotte sits very near the border of South Carolina, so it's important that your Realtor is licensed in both places to give you the best all around service. Charlotte is home to Mecklenburg County, however the Charlotte Metro area encompasses many counties and Cities. You will hear city names such as Matthews, Mint Hill, Huntersville, Davidson, & Pineville.....all of which are in Mecklenburg County alone. You will also hear about Ballantyne (which really is not a city), but a new high growth area in South Charlotte. Then you have some of your older high-end homes more center city in areas called Southpark, Myers Park, & Cotswald as well as some of the trendy and refurbished areas of Dilworth, Elizabeth, & Plaza Midwood. Then there's Uptown right in the heart of the city as well as the up and coming Arts District we call "NODA".

For more suburban living in Union County, we have Weddington, Waxhaw, Indian Trail, Stallings, parts of Matthews, Monroe, Marvin and others. Then there is Concord & Harrisburg in Cabarrus County, and Cornelius, Denver & Mooresville in Iradell & Catawba Counties around Lake Norman. On the west side in Gaston County, we have Gastonia, Belmont, Mount Holly, Dallas and others.

In South Carolina, we have the city of Fort Mill which resides partially in Lancaster & York County along with Rock Hill in York County as well. Also in SC, we have more lake living on Lake Wylie.
