Monthly Portsmouth Business Connection - Jamie Belilah

I say "monthly" but to be honest this is my first one. I would like to start introducing a monthly Portsmouth Business Referral. I decided to do this because I had an AMAZING encounter today and I wanted to share it.

December's Portsmouth Business Connection is JAMIE BELILIAH - EUROPEAN SKIN CARE

Click on the link to her website, you will be pretty impressed. Now, I am not the sort of person who regularly indulges in spa treatments. I don't have time, and I am a mom. But she did something so amazing, and I just can't believe it. I am so astounded and SO happy. I feel like I have a new face!

After going through 48 hours of labor a year and a half ago, I had a bunch of burst blood vessels all over my face. They were terrible! Doctors said they could POSSIBLY remove them with laser treatment but it would be very expensive. I didn't want to risk the money and have it not work. For almost two years I have had these red dots on my face!!! TWO YEARS!

I saw Jamie this morning, just out of curiosity. Her shop is right down the street from me on Woodbury. She looked at my skin and said, "I can get rid of those for you." She explained the procedure. I went for it. It took ten minutes, and they were all gone. As I said above, I feel like I have a new face.

Before I left I hugged and kissed her, I was so happy. And I was only $50 light. This may not seem like a big deal to you, but when you have something you don't like about yourself suddenly corrected, well it makes your whole month.

FOR ANY SKIN OR BEAUTY RELATED ISSUES IN PORTSMOUTH, I AM HEREBY OFFICIALLY ENDORSING JAMIE!!!

Why I haven't Been Blogging

I am sensing a market turn. I suddenly have more buyers than I can handle right now. My phone has been ringing off the hook with eager buyers on the other end wanting to look at properties. I have had so many showings, that I have had no time to spend on Active Rain! Many of the people calling have admitted to finding me on Active Rain. Therefore I can happily blame Active Rain for my blogging hiatus.

Saturday afternoon I spent showing homes to two different buyers. Each one found the home they want to make an offer on. Both homes selected were perfect and even better yet, the prices. Both clients are FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS with reliable incomes. You couldn't find a better time to purchase if you had omnipotent capabilities. They will be making offers on homes with fabulous values.

I received the pre-qualification for buyers #2 this afternoon and everything looks perfect. Buyers #1 will be using all cash and making the official move at the end of this month. Both families are ecstatic. And of course I am extremely happy to aid in their dream of home ownership, a dream which is about to come true.

I have been receiving requests from both buyers and sellers on nearly a daily basis for the past two weeks (mostly buyers). I have more showings for more buyers lined up all week. I have even had to refer a couple out for lack of time.

I don't think this is a fluke! I think people are starting to realize the gravity of this buyer's market. And what is beginning as a trickle may very well turn into a waterfall. I am keeping my finger's crossed!

Don't Wait Until the New Year to Buy

The limits on loans from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are going down beginning January 1, 2009. Right now the loan limits are a bit higher until the end of the year as a part of the "stimulus package". Not only do we have higher limits until 2009, but there are also some great rates out there. Here is the New Hampshire Fannie/Freddie limit schedule:
