Hillsdale NJ Real Estate Sold Homes Report| November 2011

Hillsdale New Jersey saw Three homes closing in the popular town as the Holiday Season approaches and the temperatures begin to drop.
The list to sale price differential hovered around the 90% mark.
The price differential is almost exactly the same as the previous month. The 90% range differential along with the average days on the market at 172 indicates that the Pascack Valley area market has slowed down for the holiday season a little bit.
With interest rates the lowest they have ever been (hovering at around 4%), and just recently under 4% a historic first, we think Buyers can take advantage of some really wonderful opportunities to own their piece of Small Town America in this special town known as the town with a heart!
The town of Hillsdale is constantly changing to keep up with the times while maintaining that very desirable small town feel.
