Hi everybody
,
Fall foliage is about completely over here in New Jersey and the temps are cooling off.
While out showing houses this week I came across a few opportunities to take some pretty shots that I would like to share with all my friends here on Active Rain.
This tree just stood out from amongst the others in the sunlight late in the day.

Spectacular!
Shadows are getting longer as the sun is retreats lower in the sky. Also it's darker earlier due to falling back with our clocks.
I personally love this time of the year. It's gives us a pause to reflect on the past summer and the excitement of the holidays upcoming.
Make it a Great Day!
Hi everybody
,
Bergen County New Jersey Real Estate Market Reports for November of 2009

Fall foliage is just about completely over here in New Jersey and the temps are cooling off.
The market on the other hand has been heating up. With interest rates at historically low rates, and the first time home buyers incentives being extended as well to include current home owners of homes for the last 5 years. Now could not be a better time to buy a home.
I am a visual person as you could guess from my profile picture.

The historic Raw Data going back to October of 2007....

Hi everyone
and Lisa says Hi! ![]()

November has arrived and so has our updated Real Estate Newsletter!
The Fall foliage season is just about over here reaching peak this week in NJ and the temperatures are cooling off a little too quickly for my tastes.
New Jersey is the Garden State.
The market has heated up as the temperatures drop all around the country.
Time is running out for the first time home buyers as well. If you can close in less than 30 to days you could still take advantage of the tax credit but you better hurry. You must be closed by November 30th to still take the credit. It is possible that the credit may be extended but modified a bit. We'll see in the next few weeks about that.
Business is great and I am excited at the possibilities available for first time home buyers as well as sellers looking to move up.
Historically, interest rates are still at an all time low but are creeping up slowly.
Either moving up or buying for the first time, now is a great time to make the move up to home ownership.
This Newsletter is full of interesting and useful information that I think you will enjoy whether you are a buyer, seller, homeowner, or renter.
This month's issue includes topics such as:
"Vital Information for First-Time Buyers";
"Relieving the Stress of Packing";
"Making Your Home Age Appropriate Creates Appeal";
"Real Estate Investment Buying Tips";
"Extending Homebuyer Tax Credit Best Tool for Sustaining Housing Recovery";
Plus a roundup of November real estate activity as well as much more advice and information.
I hope you enjoy this monthly newsletter. If you have any comments, please e-mail them to me

Hi everybody ![]()
The Fall foliage season has just peaked/ended here in Northern New Jersey.
Now onto the wonderful holiday seasons ahead of us.... Dare I say it.....? Thanksgiving then the Christmas Season?
Can it really already be upon us........already? Really? Wow!
So in that spirit I post this last fall foliage report from the Bergen County areas of Northern New Jersey...
I know I will miss the beautiful colors that have adorned our county for the last few weeks.

The Beautiful Pascack Valley's Fall Foliage show has peeked and will soon fade!
The beauty of the Fall season took our breath away with a bounty of colors and landscapes everywhere this Fall.
While strolling through one of the many parks or simply driving down the street, we were dazzled by the show that nature put on.
But the leaves have begun to fall and trees await the snow. Soon we'll be reporting on the first snow fall. We can hardly wait!
The Pascack Valley and Bergen County - a great place to live!
