Pictures Are Worth A Thousand Words | Bergen County New Jersey

Hi Everybody Bob says Hi,

Pictures are worth a thousand words in the Pascack
Valley
of Bergen County, New Jersey. Summer has taken
it's last breath with Falls arrival and soon the landscape will become ablaze once more with
color.

Woodcliff Lake NJ

The Woodcliff Lake Causeway as seen from the
Woodcliff Lake Train Station is one of the many pictures worth
a thousand words in the Pascack Valley. Just imagine the
commuters delight on a bright and sunny Fall day while they gaze upon this sight
as they wait for their train.

Have a Great Day

Bergen County New Jersey | Real Estate Newsletter | October 2009

Pumpkins

Hi everyone Bob Says Hi and Lisa says Hi! Lisa Sold
Welcome

October has arrived and so has our updated Real Estate Newsletter!

Summer has finally come to a close here in NJ and the temperatures are cooling off a little too quickly for my tastes.

New Jersey is the Garden State.

Woodcliff Lake NJ

The market has heated up as the temperatures drop all around the country. The fall foliage spectacular that we in the northeast get to enjoy, will soon be in full swing as well.

Time is running out for the first time home buyers as well. If you can close in 30 to 60 days you could still take advantage of the tax credit but you better hurry. You must be closed by November 30th to still take the credit.

Leaves

Business is great and I am excited at the possibilities available for first time home buyers as well as sellers looking to move up.

Historically, interest rates are still at an all time low but are creeping up slowly.

Either moving up or buying for the first time, now is a great time to make the move up to home ownership.

This Newsletter is full of interesting and useful information that I think you will enjoy whether you are a buyer, seller, homeowner, or renter.

This month's issue includes topics such as:

"Home Buyer's Tax Credit Changes Possible"

"Don't Let An Over-priced Home Be a Humbling Lesson"

"Job-hunting Strategies For Trailing Spouses"

"Home Staging Helps Bring Top Dollar Sale"

"How to Stay on Top of Mortgage Payments During a Short-Term Financial Crisis"

Plus a roundup of September real estate activity as well as much more advice and information.
