Happy Labor Day! | A Final Farewell to the Unofficial End of Summer

Hi Everyone Bob says Hi,

It's Labor Day and it's the unofficial close to summer here in the Northeast.

Sun Flowers

New Jersey is getting ready to send it's children back to school this week.

Thinking about that brings back many fond memories for myself and Lisa as we get ready for the fall market. We call it the second spring market. Historically it has always gotten busy for us in the fall as people come back from their vacations and prepare for the fall colors.

That being said I am posting these last vestiges of summer images that I have taken this year.

Finches

Even the finches seem to have started to change from bright yellow to a more subtle color.

Deer

The Deer are getting ready for fall as well.

Hibiscus

The perennial Hibiscus is giving it's last blast of color.

Oradell Resevoir

The backdrop will change to multicolor displays soon.

Back to School

Shadows are getting longer and lower....

Fall Leaves

Our leaves are already starting to turn and will soon look like these.

We hope you had a wonderful Labor Day and are looking forward to this wonderful season approaching fast.

Bergen County | New Jersey | Real Estate| Newsletter for September 2009

Back to School

Hi everyone Bob Says Hi and Lisa says Hi! Lisa Sold
Welcome

September has arrived and so has our updated Real Estate Newsletter!

Summer is coming to a close here in NJ and the temperatures are cooling off a little to quickly for my tastes.

Soon we will be in the season I love the most which is Fall and the beautiful changing of the leaves here.

New Jersey is the Garden State.

Fall Leaves

The market has heated up as school gets back in session all around the country. We have been overwhelmed with the number of buyers we have been taking out and helping lately. It has cut into my blogging time. :-) But I digress.

Business is great and I am excited at the possibilities available for first time home buyers as well as sellers looking to move up. But time is running out if you want to take advantage of the credit. You must be closed as of November 31st this year. Only a short time away.

Free CMA

Historically, interest rates are at an all time low but are creeping up slowly. Now is still a great time to buy.

Either moving up or buying for the first time, now is a great time to make the move up to home ownership.

This Newsletter is full of interesting and useful information that I think you will enjoy whether you are a buyer, seller, homeowner, or renter.

This month's issue includes topics such as:

"Sellers: Know Your Buyer Market"

"Major Campaign To Extend $8,000 Home Buyer Tax Credit Underway"

"Real Estate Investment 101"

"New Disclosures Help Mortgage Consumers Know Risk"

"Making Small Homes Have Big Appeal To Buyers"

Plus a roundup of August real estate activity as well as much more advice and information..

Hi everybody Bob says Hi,

Is it time to get your own place?

Time is running out to take advantage of the first time Homebuyer tax credit! This add is being run on the NJAR site for New Jersey Real Estate Agents. I thought it to be rather funny and thought I'd share it with my friends here on Active Rain. What do you think?

Have a great weekend!

Hi Everybody welcome

Summer is winding down and the dog days of summer are almost over.

Soon School time bells will be wringing.

In fact in some parts of the country school has already begun if I am not mistaken.

Before fall starts I wanted to post some of my more favorite shots from this past summer of Lisa's garden.

Hope you enjoy them.

First off are some of the butterflies that have visited our butterfly bush this summer.
