If you are selling your home look at the number of homes for sale in your neighborhood and within one mile of your home. These homes are your competition and you must stand out from those homes in order to sell.

What everyone will do is:
What very few will do is have the home they are selling inspected by a home inspector.
A Seller's Inspection will:
On Friday I was listening to the radio and heard this letter from John Coleman the founder of the Weather Channel. In the letter he explains the story behind the global warming or I should say the global warming scam.
It is a little long; but is really worth the read. SAFETY WARNING: I do not expect the liberals on ActiveRain to read the letter because it might cause their brains to implode.
Here is the link to the letter - Enjoy.
All I have heard after the swearing in ceremony of Almighty O was he is not the President because the Oath of Office was done incorrectly. Oh, please give me a break.
Alright, enough is enough. Last night Obama took the Oath of Office again and this time Justice Roberts got it right. Yes, Roberts is the one who got it wrong not Obama. They redid the Oath in the White House last night to make all the lawyers happy.
Oh and no Obama did not use a bible or any other book for this redo. He just raised his right hand and repeated the oath. The Constitution does not require the use of a bible.
There are more important things to watch out for in these dangerous times.
I have hear and read a lot about term limits over the years.
I have always supported term limits for all types of elected positions. One of the key problems with professional politicians is they have lost touch with their constituents because the only world they know is the political world and not the true realities of life here with us mere mortals.
Politicians quickly learn how to buy votes with the 3 "P"s: Promises, Programs and Projects. This is primarily supported (in Washington) not through the bills that they present to Congress; but, through the amendments (pork) that they can add to a bill that someone else has presented.
Examples of this can be found in the records of the longest ruling Elite:
I will end the list there; but, there are many more in both House and Senate with decades in those seats.
I know of large numbers with the same status in my state of Georgia and my local governments.
Term and year limits are needed to bring those who rule back down to earth with the rest of us.
Everyone tell your local, state and federal politicians you want term limits. If we do not tell them and with enough united voice they will only continue doing business as they have been.
Why is Competition bad? Here is a thought:
The basic problem with our educational system in this country is there is no competition in our government schools. As adults we choose what grocery store, what gas station, or department store we are going to spend our money. This choice is based on the price, the quality, and convenience of the stores. But, when is comes to our children the government holds a gun to our head and take our money, then tell us that we can only send our children to this school. If we want to send our children to a better school (Private) we still have our money taken from us for the government schools.
Now I can not think of anything that government does well. Can you? But, we will turn our children over to them for most of the day to what: E-d-u-c-a-t-e them. It is not in the best interest of government to educate our children only to indoctrinate them. An properly educated people are a danger to a big governmental machine such as our federal government.
Big government is an enemy to the individual, to achievement, to free thinking, and the free market. Why? Simple they all are hard to control. So if the government can control education it can control the population. A dumbed down population is much easier to control.
The only chance I see to lift our schools out of the pit they are in is to bring in competition back to our schools and the best way to do that is with the privation and a voucher program to give parents a choice where they send their children.
