We will be posting these statistics in separate reports. The most popular size home had 4 bedrooms and numbered at 170, followed up by a 3 bedroom homes with 170. Statistics showed that the most popular type of financing was by obtaining a Conventional mortgage (91), which was followed up by FHA Mortgages at 89. I believe that the number of Cash sales is indicative of the number of investors currently in the real estate market.
