Thinking about Selling?

You need a full-time agent that will work with YOU to market your property, one that doesn't take tons of listings and sits back...(because how does one actually provide true personalized service to all those clients?)

That's me sitting back after spending a couple of hours photographing a listing....

You need feedback, both good and bad and communication on a REGULAR BASIS. (You might not like what I have to tell you, but yes, that wallpaper really is bad)

You need not be alone, nor in the dark. You need to know what is happening...not only with YOUR listing, but those that are competing with yours, and MOST importantly to me...those that have sold ("Sold" is a good word, no???).

You need some open houses?...You probably believe in holding open houses because they actually can result in sales (regardless of what some will tell you), and you need an agent that when they hold your house open, will not use your open house to actively find new customers to sell other properties! You need an agent whose primary purpose for holding your open house is for selling your home!

Imagine! (Oh, yeah...we do the internet postings also...but throw in some old fashioned hard work, too...like taking some time in making the photos showcase your property...don't tell or the secret will get out! ;) there are some absolute trainwrecks of photos out there )

Looking to buy a home???

(It doesn't have to be a half million dollar lakefront like this to get me to help you! I sell small homes and starters too, and am just as excited for the buyers and sellers...actually...maybe more so!)

You probably HATE high pressure tactics as much as I do (imagine that?)...so I am going to respect you and your intelligence enough to not use some of the condescending sales "tactics" I read about (earp!). Had I had an agent use some of this garbage on me when I was looking, I would have sent mine "packin' "...and good riddance!

You are not buying a cheeseburger here! This is a huge investment to most of us and I respect that completely. I believe that is has to fit you. To me there is a difference between selling a house and a home. "Home" is what the house you buy becomes. YOU must own it...not the other way around...I don't care if it is a small starter home or a lakefront "resort". I got in this bizz to assist people find a HOME.

If you are seriously wanting to buy a home (and now is an excellent time...visit with a few lenders), you need an agent that will work relentlessly to assist you in finding the home that YOU want, that fits YOUR needs and YOURbudget. Like I said, it IS all about you.

You need a guide to navigate the hundreds of listings that are out there on the web and save you some valuable time by weeding out the clunkers. Then the fun starts...we go see 'em! (This is my favorite part.) Trust me, you can get lost in the miasma of listings. All I ask is that you communicate back with me about what you like and more importantly, what you do not. (Trust me, you are not going to hurt my feelings!) We need to work as a team to find that one you've been looking for...(see the hatred of high pressure tactics above).

A picture is great, more pictures are greater still. There is however no replacement for actually standing in the home you want to tour. Pictures can fool you...both ways (plus and minus). That's why we need to actually get inside the space, and if you haven't the time...I'll be glad to go as your REALTOR(R) and report back to you (It's what I get paid to do for you!)

(No, these are not the Ozarks :) ). Our city is literally built around our nation's first actual national park (it was called a reservation back then...sorry Yellowstone, we were first ;) ).

I offer a non-pressure environment (if YOU like it, we move forward). Hot Springs and the surrounding area is a great place to visit (#1 Arkansas Vacation destination) but an even better place to call home!
