About Us:

My wife, Carol davis, and I work as a team helping home buyers and sellers. We've found that by delineating the various responsibilities involved in real estate transactions today, we can individually specialize and become more proficient in specific areas. As a listing agent, Carol handles most of the initial negotiations while I do the marketing and follow the transaction during the escrow. We have basically the same structure when working with buyers. Carol does the showing and initial negotiating. I step in to coordinate the inspections and to complete the escrow. Working in this way allows us the each use our strengths to deliver superior service. Carol is a "people person" who displays genuine concern and interest in those she serves. She has 25 years of experience and has been a consistent award winner and top producer within the CENTURY 21 system throughout her career. My background as a broker/owner of CENTURY 21 offices for years has left me with a honed ability to handle and solve problems. Being actively involved in the Professional Standards Committee of our local board of realtors has made me acutely aware of the common problems within the industry- most of which occur from a lack of communications rather than intentional acts.
