Hoover, Alabama 3^rd quarter Home Sales 2009 increase over 3^rd quarter 2008

Hoover Alabama is a city with much to offer for both residents and visitors. It is a great place to live with many wonderful homes for sale. Based on information derived from Birmingham, Alabama MLS, the days on market in 2009 were greater than 2008. However, the month to month sales for the 3^rd quarter of 2009 as compared to 2008 reflects an increase in the number of Hoover, Alabama homes sold.
