When my 99-year-old mother fell and had to move out of her home to a nursing facility, I had to sell her home quickly. The house was in poor condition, in need of a lot of work for which there was little time and little cash. Don to the rescue! Don quickly located a buyer who would expand and remodel the house anyway, so that the poor condition of the house was not a repair cost to be set off against the sale price.
