Lauren Corna has been in the Real Estate Industry for over 20 years. After graduating from college with degrees in Business Management and Math, she worked in Property Management, Marketing and Leasing for a major Dallas based Multifamily Housing Builder and Property Management Company for many years. She also worked in the mortgage industry in both whole sale and retail lending, obtaining a full understanding of the ins and outs of loan the process and underwriting guidelines. Lauren worked for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage for several years before she started Archway Realty, LLC.

Archway Realty, LLC is a new generation Real Estate Company. Improved technology, the internet, and other new forms of communications, allow us to conduct our business in a more efficient and productive way.

We have a VIP program that will alert our Buyers immediately and automatically when a home comes available on the market that fits their specific criteria. The program is interactive, so the Buyer can eliminate homes they do not like and note which ones they do like.

It's important to understand that all loan programs are not the same. We prefer all our Buyers to be pre-approved for their loan so we can properly prepare and strategize all offers in the best interest of our Buyers. There is also a difference between the maximum loan amount and the actual amount our Buyers prefer to pay each month for their mortgage. Which we will differentiate for our Buyers. It's also important to note that once pre-approved, Buyers should not make any major purchases prior to the closing on their home. Lenders often pull a last minute credit report to confirm the Borrower/Buyer is still eligible for the pre-approved loan program that they originally applied for. A major purchase can throw the debt ratio out of wack which can impact the Buyer's borrowing power.

We have flexible sophisticated marketing strategies and marketing tools available for our Sellers. We closely monitor every showing to stay informed on each property. Our Sellers have access to all feedback directly and automatically from any cooperating Agent that shows their home through our Showing Service. All our Listed properties are populated onto Realtor.com, hundreds of Agent websites, many syndicated Real Estate marketing sites and several major search engines.

Archway Realty, LLC is networked with Real Estate Agents and Brokers all over the United States and Canada. This allows us to reach out to Buyers and Sellers beyond Texas.
