The number of Dallas-Fort Worth area homes faced with foreclosure rose 19 percent for April compared with a year earlier due to subprime mortgage difficulties and the fact that homeowners in new home neighborhoods took on too much debt.
More than 4,100 D-FW homes are on next month's foreclosure list.
