Hello Everyone,
I forgot to tell you that I have received my Certified Residential Specialist designation. I am very proud of this accomplishment. I worked very hard to obtain this in my effort to improve my services and qualifications for my clients.
You must meet a certain set of requirements in order to obtain this designation (ex: 75 closed residential transactions, have been in business a minimum of 5 years, and met their educational requirements).

This is our local Mall for all your shopping needs. Close to the mall are numerous strip malls offering many stores also. I will try to add pictures of each of those strip malls as I get them. Thanks for looking!
The mall has 25+ stores, a movie theater and a food court and is open from 10-9 Monday thru Saturday and open 11-6 on Sundays. They are located right on Route 611 (N. 9th St) in Stroudsburg.
They will soon be adding a Victoria's Secret store. Yahoo Ladies!
