Areas of Expertise

At the start of Bob's Real Estate Career the majority of his sales came from active duty military. The heart and soul of The Bob Graham team still lies with service to military families. As a retired Army Officer Bob understands the needs of those families and has a great deal of respect and gratitude to those serving our country.

In 2005, Bob instituted the Military Thank You Program and in the last 24 months, 31 families have received over $140,000 credits from this program, making the move that much simpler.

For most military families the process of buying a home is the same, except it must be done in a few short days. Bob discovered early that the preparation and upfront work that is done prior to the house hunting trip can mean all the difference between a successful or unsuccessful trip. This is why Bob visits the major training bases to meet families ahead of time and has a Relocation Coordinator to help each family. He also has several systems in place to ensure that these families are able to make wise buys in a short period of time.
