Well we kicked off the new year,and we have a new President and the country is facing some challenging times. I am confident the worst is behind us and now is the time to focus on the future.

You cannot keep Americans down for too long, we are resilient people and we will pull together to get this country rolling again.

The President in only a few days has made some important decisions that will assist in the turn around.

Lets all get behind him and wish him Gods Speed. We must buy into fixing this economy.

With regards to our market here in ";Paradise";, well some things never change , that's right the weather is fantastic the beaches are still covered with a bounty of pure White Sand and yes the Snow birds are still drawn to Florida as their preferred destination.

.There are some fantastic home bargains for those who want to live here and have continued to sit on the sidelines waiting.. Well the waiting is over, the quest should begin in earnest. the homes are moving and the price point has reversed upwards in the last 4 months.

I have both active Sellers's and very interested buyers and for those who are hesitant. remember this

The old quotes: I should have, I could have are still not enjoying this beautiful island paradise and all it has to offer. Remember he who hesitates is Lost so don't miss your opportunity!

The real loss could be significant ,since Real estate is still a better investment as compared to the stock market. I put my money in homes not the money managers.
