Salt Lake County Buyers.... We've hit the bottom. Yes I really think we have hit the bottom. I know thats a bold statement, but I'm hearing stories of multiple offers, homes are going under contract with in days of being listed and There are homes East side Murray listed at under $50/sqft. I also found a home located in the West area of Salt Lake County priced at $29/sqft. Unbelievable If you are looking for a single family residence home in Salt Lake under 200,000 you better act now.

211 single family homes on the East side of the Salt lake Valley
929 single family homes on the West side of the Salt Lake Valley
Inventory is starting to go fast at this price point.

Buyers and Sellers Are You Ready For Spring ? I know its only the end of January but I can tell its on its way. Every year spring and summer sales and activity increase.
The Chart below shows the dramatic increase we see in Sandy with homes sold. If you are a seller why are you waiting to put your home on the market? Its obvious you'll have more competition,,, look at the chart. Even during our depressed years 2nd and 3rd quarters saw more activity. *the key still is and always has been pricing it correctly from the minute you put it on the market.
Buyers? Seriously what are you waiting for? Rates are still insanely low,.... you have choices right now, that will change. If you are planning on looking under the $200,000 mark you better be prepared for a tougher market. If the home is priced right and in good condition it will be gone!
So get your ducks in a row (if you don't know how call me) and lets get you going...
