Real Estate has been my profession most of my adult life. I have been licensed to sell real estate in three states. I first entered the real estate field through title & escrow. With 8 years as an escrow officer & 4 years selling real estate in Oregon, I opened my own escrow office in Sisters, Oregon. Then after a temporary retirement to raise my two daughters it was only natural that I would dive back into the real estate world & continue doing what I love. I actively sold real estate in the State of Washington for 7 years before moving to the California Desert. Being detail oriented — with excellent follow through skills gives my clients the best in real estate service. With nearly 6 years in the desert my expertise is SUN CITY SHADOW HILLS, a Del Webb 55+ Development. However, we also list and sell in Indian Wells, La Quinta, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, Palm Springs and other gated communities in Indio.

My partner, David Lang, aka “Clyde” is a resident of Sun City Shadow Hills. He achieved his California Broker license September 2008 and had been a Realtor in Washington State for 19 years. David`s specialization in real estate is negotiation and marketing residential homes and investment properties. David is very personable and enjoys people. David graduated from Drake University and attended law school at John Marshall Law in Chicago,Il.

As staging professionals we assist our selling clients with staging their home to help them obtain the highest possible price. We specialist in professional photography which draws excellent attention from internet buyers. We advertise our properties in the beautiful Windermere Home Magazine here in the Desert which has a wide spread circulation including the Desert Sun, Orange County, San Diego and to the State of Washington and Canada. Open Houses are a regular part of our service. We only take a certain number of listings at a time and we work them hard. As a result our listings sell!

BUYERS:

When we work with our buyer clients we spend time educating them on the Desert as well as individual communities. It is important to us to make sure they understand the market values, the amenities and HOA responsibilities.
