September was a luke warm moth at best for the central part of Colorado Springs. Prices softened slightly while the number of sales was off slightly as well.

Briargate held steady in the month of September 2008.The important numbers stayed nealry identical to August. The one number of some concern was the the listing discount number, this rose by 1 % to nearly 4%. I think this has more to do with motivated sellers then anything else.

The numbers are in for the month of September 2008. Black Forest actually saw a slight increase in the number of sales. Although, the prices took a slight hit. My hunch this is a combination of pent up buyer demand in conjunction with seller motivation.
