The City of Fountain Colorado is located just to the south of Colorado Springs at the foot of the Rocky Mountains. This city’s namesake, Fountain Creek actually runs through the city. Fountain Creek originates just northwest of the City of Fountain in the Ute Pass area. The creek and joins up with the Arkansas River just to the south of Fountain in Pueblo, Colorado.
