I am writing this letter because of the way you handled my Moms sale of her house.
First - you were able to sit and talk to Mom and explain ( in detail and in layman's language ) what was going to happen when she signed to have you become her real estate agent.
Second - you were able to explain how the market was doing, at this point, and maybe she might have to lower her expectations of the dollar amount she originally thought she might want. That discussion and you showing comparables allowed you to come to a reasonable price to offer her place.
Third - after doing 1 and 2 above you advertised and Walla you were able to match a specific buyer to a specific place and BOTH parties walked away at closing feeling good and very comfortable their decisions were correct.

In 2002 the Legislature passed STATUE 627.0629 that state residential property insurance must include reasonable discounts or credits "for properties on which fixtures or construction techniques demonstrated to reduce the amount of loss in a windstorm have been installed or implemented." The fixtures or construction techniques include those "which enhance roof strength, roof covering performance, roof-to-wall strength, wall-to-floor-to-foundation strength, opening protection and window, door and skylight strength."
