a home purchase can include just about anything.
Sometimes your lender will add junk fees. Before signing your paper work, compare your
actual closing cost with the good faith estimate. Your lender is required to prorvide
you with after your original application. You want to be sure that the costs match.
If not, request your lender to make some adjustments. You might be surprised what a simple phone call might do at the final hour.
