What Kind of responce can I expect from newspaper advertising and is it really worth the cost. Should the realtor pay for the adds or can I expect the seller to pick up the tab.

There are many different kinds of newspaper adds, for instance would an Open house add actually bring visitors and if it did I would need to hold the home advertised open. Maybe not the best use of time ?

Should I include a picture or Maybe 2 or 3 line adds might work better. And should selling the home advertised really be the goal ? HELP!
